A Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR), documenting the planning studies, detail design, and environmental assessment process, has been prepared and is available for a 30-day public review period from October 3, 2019 to November 4, 2019.

If, after consulting with the Ministry, you have serious unresolved concerns, you have the right to request the Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks (11th Floor, Ferguson Block, 77 Wellesley Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M7A 2T5) issue a Part II Order (“bump-up”) for this project. A Part II Order may lead to the preparation of an individual environmental assessment. A copy of the Part II Order request should be forwarded to the addresses above. If there are no outstanding concerns after November 4, 2019, the project will be considered to have met the requirements of the Class EA and may proceed to construction.

Information will be collected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
